Another happy Friday and a huge congratulations to my buyers on a very well deserved closing! 🥳

This escrow threw a lot of curveballs at my first time homebuyers, but they kept a positive attitude throughout the entire process and handled it like champs! 💪🏼

Despite the challenges, we were able to push through and not only make it to the finish line, but secure them a huge win in the form of a significant credit from the sellers that covered their closing costs and helped buy down their interest rate. 🙌🏼

This was a true team effort, from the listing side, to the loan officer, to my husband and the buyers who jumped in and helped with repairs. Proof that the right team, creative problem solving, and a little persistence can make all the difference! 🙏🏼

I'm so excited for this next chapter for them and so grateful I got to be part of it!🏡🔑

Congratulations to my buyers on this very special transaction! 🥳

When one of your best friends moms reaches out to you to help her purchase her second home to be closer to her kids and grandkids, and says she doesn't trust anyone but you to get the job done, you get right to work! Even if you're nearing the end of your pregnancy and due any day!!

We had been searching for a couple of weeks, when all of a sudden the perfect home appeared ....I just happened to be 1 day postpartum at the time. But that didn't stop me! I arranged the showing from my hospital recovery room and 3 days later we were writing a winning offer! 💪🏼

Family is everything and I'm so glad that even with a brand new baby I was able to show up for them and make their goal of being closer to their family a reality. I am so happy for them and can't wait to bring Owen over for pool parties to celebrate this summer! 😎

Happy Friday!!! I'm about a week and a half late posting, but I think I was still catching my breath from this one! 😮‍💨

Let me tell you, if buying real estate were an Olympic event, this one would’ve been the decathlon! And If they gave out medals for escrow endurance, the entire crew that brought this transaction to close would be standing on the podium! 🏅🏆

This escrow tested everyone involved. It was long and stressful with more than a few unexpected twists and turns. But my buyers stayed focused, resilient, and flexible every step of the way.
