When a career in the electric generation field ended, I knew it was time to start a new chapter in life. A chapter where I could use my passion and drive to offer an important service to help others in their home-buying journey. Drone part 107 license to inspect non walkable roofs and aerial photographs. International Associations of Home Inspectors (internachi)certification #22041702. International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) certified for mold and radon testing, Member ID: IAC2-94028. State of Ohio Radon Tester license application in progress.
