Rebecca began her real estate career in 2018 and brings years of experience, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping others. Before real estate, she spent 27 years as a florist, including many years as a floral manager, where she built a career centered on creativity and exceptional customer service.

A Little About Rebecca: Rebecca has been married to her Marine husband for 19 years and is the proud mom of three amazing children, ages 21, 18, and 17. When she’s not serving her clients, she’s busy cheering on her kids and navigating the exciting world of college baseball and softball recruiting. Her faith and family are at the heart of everything she does.

Help me welcome Tanya Chappell to the Service First Real Estate team.

Tanya brings a strategic approach to the business, working with investors, landowners, and clients who want clear guidance and smart positioning in the market. On the listing side she focuses on pricing and presentation that actually moves properties, and on the acquisition side she helps buyers evaluate risk, long-term value, and opportunity.

She’s also served multiple terms as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Austin, where she championed professional development and education within the industry.

Beyond real estate, Tanya is active in the community - volunteering in local schools and supporting neighborhood initiatives. She believes the role of a real estate professional goes beyond transactions and should help clients make decisions that align with their long-term goals and the legacy they want to build.

Tanya is known for her calm presence, strong instincts, and a thoughtful approach to guiding clients through complex decisions.
