First and foremost, comprehensive or limited-scope home inspections; including pre-listing inspections and purchase inspections. We also offer new construction consultations which allow homeowners of newly built homes to rest assured no short-cuts were made during the construction of their home OR a chance to contact the builder to mitigate any issues that were found. For lenders and insurers, we offer post-claim inspections to be certain all repairs were made properly and accordingly to the property where a homeowners insurance claim was filed. We also offer ancillary services to add to the comprehensive home inspection, or as standalone services. We conduct wood destroying insect (termite) inspections, radon gas testing and FHA 203(k) mortgage consulting for rehabilitation loans. John Bentley, Owner/Inspector, attained his Master Home Inspector Certification through the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. He is a state licensed home inspector, a Certified Inspector through the American Society of Home Inspectors, an Affiliate Member of the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors s well as the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors.
