Back in January, I was referred Nathan and Bailey by a fellow Realtor in Western Kentucky to help them find a home in the Lexington area.

Like many home searches, ours had a few twists and turns. We even went under contract on a beautifully renovated flip, only to receive an inspection report that was longer than a CVS receipt. 😅 Sometimes the best house is the one you do not buy.

That decision led us to new construction, and it turned out to be exactly what they were looking for.

Fast forward to June, and they are officially homeowners! 🎉

Their new home has plenty of space, separate offices, room for their cats 😻, and yes… it is close to Costco, which Nathan will tell you was a very important feature. 😂
