I have some clients looking for a home on 20++ acres. They do have horses, but a barn isn't necessary (but would be nice). A large piece of the land must be buildable for a barn, fencing, and maybe an arena. Some woods are fine. No more than 1 hour away from Lex please! Pricing is flexible for what is on the property, but less than $750,000

* 200 **all usable** acres within 45 minutes of Lex. This probably means over 200 acres, but please no 140 acre places ๐Ÿค. Budget is extremely flexible for the right place. Improvements would be nice, housing and stalls.

* 20-50 acres within 1 hour of Louisville. 8+ nice stalls, a nice home, and preferably an arena in place already. Budget around 2m

* A hobby farm close to Lex. 8-20 acres, housing, 2+ stalls, and preferably an arena. Budget under 1.5m

Please let me know if you know of anything! We are going to see what little there is on the market and a couple places I know of off market, but we need more options as 1 or 2 places aren't going to cut it.

๐ŸŽ 150+ acres in Fayette, Scott, or Woodford Co with 25++ stalls. Housing a nice plus, not in PDR ~ no budget

Following him, my business is exploding as one of the leading agents in Central Kentucky in horse farm sales.

Besides real estate, my life is centered around horses and the racing and sport horse industries. Iโ€™ve oened horses my entire life and my dad had me on a horse with him the DAY I turned 2 weeks old!! (My grandma was not happy with him!) I havenโ€™t stopped!

I have a business degree from Asbury University, with a double major in Equine Management. Iโ€™ve come up working and scrapping thru jobs at breeding farms, at the racetrack on the backside, and training and evaluating off-track Thoroughbreds at New Vocations Racehose Adoption.
