It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood and exciting things are happening in Woodland Park! Several houses are dried in, mechaniclas are being installed. They will get drywall soon, keeping this first wave of homes on target for our April/May projected completion goal!
I love the contrast of the white siding and black roof on the corner lot Homestead pictured below. With the horseplank fence, it will be striking when the grass/landscaping grow in. This home features covered front and rear porches, a mudroom/ laundry room from the garage into the house and a spacious eat in kitchen.
The Abaco and Bimini are our most “open” floor plans and offer some separation from the primary bedroom and their additional bedrooms, allowing privacy for you and your guests/kiddos. The large open kitchens and family spaces are the perfect place to come together.
