Transactions like this remind me why I LOVE being a Realtor. While the transaction itself went smoothly, it didn’t come without challenges.

Brokers- should always be at the front line of their Agent’s education and expectations of representing YOUR business.

Clients- PLEASE do your due diligence and research when looking for a Realtor to represent you. Not just someone who seeks to make money off of your transaction. Find someone who will explain every step, every detail, go over every document so YOU are able to make confident and informed decisions.

As a Real Estate Agent, I will forever be thankful for my amazing Broker who sets the bar high (even higher than my own), Lenders who work diligently to get to the closing table, and of course the AMAZING escrow agents at Title who don’t get near the recognition they deserve through the entire process!!
