Sunbird Ranch is introducing a land-lease model, where homeowners purchase the home but lease the land beneath it.
It's another housing option for active adults, and like any real estate decision, it's important to understand how it works before deciding if it's the right fit.

This Friday the 22nd is the LAST DAY of school for GISD! Village will be getting out right before noon.

This weeks wake up message for my kids includes, “It’s the last *insert day of the week* until Summer break!!”
