2025 Real Estate Recap

2025 was an incredible year for my real estate business, and I’m so grateful for every client who trusted me along the way.

My first ever closing in January with amazing VA clients relocating from Colorado taught me confidence, trust in the process, and the importance of strong communication. Closing with another awesome VA client in April helped me sharpen my knowledge and advocacy skills, reminding me how powerful education and guidance can be for buyers. In July, closing with my first listing client stretched me in new ways and pushed me to grow on the seller side of the business. Along the way, working with a ton of rental clients gave me consistency, hands-on experience, and daily opportunities to learn.

Each closing taught me something new, and looking back, it truly felt like the perfect amount of work at the perfect pace, allowing me to grow, learn, and build confidence without rushing the process.

While the last few months of the year were challenging due to a family situation that required much of my time and focus, this year still showed me how fulfilling this career is and confirmed that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

My clients are why I do what I do. This has been the most fulfilling career I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to see where 2026 takes me.

Grateful for the journey and excited for what’s ahead. 🏡✨
