Good afternoon!
We have decided to change the Christmas Decoration Contest from exterior to interior and have our tenants share pictures of their Christmas Trees.

- Tenants can enter by posting pictures of their Christmas Tree on the park's page. Bonus points for tenants that post a video of them "Rocking around the Christmas Tree 🎵🎵🎵"

- Each contestant will receive a participation gift to make it fun for everyone.

- The top three winners will receive rent credits for January's rent of 1st: $300 2nd:$200 3rd: $100

To help us judge the contest, we will find a volunteer by reaching out to the local church group.
