Congrats to my sellers! 🎉 Last week we closed on their beautiful greenbelt home in Georgetown, TX. 🏡☀️

This transaction was not without its challenges, and I’ll be honest, the current market can be tough for sellers. But a good real estate agent can help navigate those challenges. In this case, we received a great offer, but the buyers got cold feet. 😢 Before they terminated the transaction, however, we were able to secure a strong backup offer and work successfully toward a smooth closing. 🙌 Now the new homeowners get to enjoy that gorgeous view. 🤩 Happy endings are the best, aren’t they?

I’m so grateful my clients trusted me to walk them through this process. Each transaction is a gift that I don’t take for granted. From prepping the home for sale to sitting at the closing table, it’s a privilege to guide people through these major life changes. ❤️

I’m excited to share that I’m now a TSAHC-approved REALTOR®! 🤠 (TSAHC = Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation)
