These three homes have been living rent-free in my head this week.

I spend a lot of time touring homes across the North Austin area, and every now and then a few stand out for completely different reasons. These are the ones I keep thinking about…

🏡 The dream home.
Nearly 5,000 square feet on more than an acre, walls of sliding glass doors, a private guest suite, media room, and a backyard built for entertaining. There are so many thoughtful details throughout this home that make it aspirational.

🏡 The view.
I love a home that backs to greenbelt. Those oversized windows bring the outdoors in. And having direct access to miles of trails from your backyard makes this home feel special long after move-in day.

🏡 The best value for a brand-new home.
A new construction 4-bedroom for under $340,000 is getting harder to find, especially this close to Austin. I also love that this floor plan gives you the option for a main-floor bedroom—perfect for guests, a home office, or multi-generational living.

The Central Texas market has something for just about every budget right now—from affordable new construction to luxury custom homes. It’s a great reminder that there are some incredible opportunities out there if you know where to look.
