Do you love to cook for others but don't want the pressure of a large made-to-order or cafeteria style kitchen, nor the repetitiveness of a fast-food kitchen? If you prefer a smaller, family type environment, we may just have the job for you. We are seeking a full time Cook to join our dedicated kitchen staff serving a small group of retirees. They aren't just a bunch of old guys. These gentlemen are retired faith-based professionals who have sophisticated tastes. You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of breakfast and lunch meals, including soups, salads and entrees, in our professional kitchen, from 7:00a to 2:00p, Monday - Friday. It is not cook to order. You prepare meals based on a pre-determined menu in a quantity large enough to feed 12–16 gentlemen.

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Prepare all served food
-Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
-Comprehend menu items, abbreviations, and timing to ensure hot when served
-Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
-Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
-Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
-Provide manager with grocery and supply needs, and other updates as required
-Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

Eagles Wings Home Improvement Elite Cleaning Services is looking for a qualified Cleaning Operations Manager to join our growing team. Our service market includes single family homes, multifamily units, offices and event spaces. We currently have a small but very loyal group of customers. We intend to grow that number exponentially, while maintaining that loyalty and the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Cleaning Operations Manager will report directly to the President and will have significant growth potential within the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Directly supervise and develop all EWHIS Elite Cleaning Service team members

- Assign work, monitor activities, track performance and fill in when required to complete assignments in a timely manner
Oversee day-to-day operations and set policies and processes

- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies to better service our existing accounts

- Establish and enforce high expectations for cleanliness and ensure all job assignments are completed to provide utmost client satisfaction while conforming to EWHIS Elite Cleaning Services standards on a daily basis

- Ensure the cleaning team is adequately trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out their duties

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and provide weekly inventory reporting

- Promote a collaborative work environment and high-quality service through daily communication with your team and supervisor

- Promptly respond to client complaints and report them through the proper channels in a timely manner

- Maintain adequate staffing levels required to complete all assigned tasks and be responsible for the accurate and reasonable scheduling of cleaning team members.

- Assist in other duties as required by supervisor

ABOUT THE POSITION

Do you enjoy troubleshooting and solving difficult problems? Rebuilding things so they are better than they were when originally built? We're looking for apprentice and journey man level carpenters. A strong set of multiple trade experience is preferred, but qualities of remarkable integrity, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done are even more important. Work is available immediately for the right persons.

REQUIREMENTS

- Able to demonstrate experience in home improvement in several of the following areas: carpentry, siding, painting, drywall, bathrooms, kitchens, doors, windows, cabinets, minor roofing and floor installation and repair, basic plumbing and electrical, ceiling fans, light fixtures. Not all skills are required, but the more the better!

- Willingness to take direction and learn from constructive criticism with a positive attitude

- Ability to communicate with the owner and customer as often as required

- Demonstrate an understanding of how managing costs affects profitability, but not at the risk of customer satisfaction

- Desire to learn new skills

- Have a minimum of two professional references

- Be able to pass criminal background check and drug test

- Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle and proof of insurance
