Offering a 6-12 week paid internship for a current HU student.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Student currently attending Howard University.

Demonstrate strong interest in a field of study related to real estate, business management, sales, accounting, or asset management.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific responsibilities of the Intern may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assisting with residential property management, professional tours, marketing, leasing data analysis, and comparative market analysis.

Compensation is $20/hour.
