Congratulations to Emma, who closed on her first home today! ✨

She scored a fabulous condo in the heart of Downtown Milwaukee — within walking distance of Veterans Park + all of my Lower East Side favorites (oh so jealous!). Even better, she timed it perfectly by shopping the winter market during the holidays (when the market was **crickets**) and landed an amazing deal on her first home.

Now she has a lovely home, a beautiful view, a short commute, + all the best parts of Milwaukee steps from her front door!

After their first offer fell apart due to items uncovered during the inspection, we made the tough (but right) decision to walk away… and days later we found an off-market opportunity that could not have been a better fit.
