These are not horrifying 🙄 but I do agree that the barn door and open kitchen shelving fads need to stop. They’re just not practical and should be used very sparingly IMO.

The most regrettable fads designers hope will fade away.

If I have a buyer tell me they were looking for a haunted house I may have to refer them. 😬👻🏚

While states have disclosure laws, an analysis by Zillow found no state requires sellers to disclose hauntings, and only New Jersey requires an answer if asked.
