Did you know that when St. Jude Children's Research Hospital opened in 1962, childhood cancer was considered incurable? Today, thanks to groundbreaking research and treatment, the survival rate has risen from 20% to more than 80%.
We’re proud to support this mission through the St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace, a community-driven initiative that brings hope to families everywhere.
Victory Homes of Wisconsin, alongside our generous business partners and community support, has donated the funds, materials, and services to build Madison's 2nd Showplace. When this year's home is sold, 100% of the proceeds will go directly to St. Jude.

And there's more! Earlier this month our team received the St. Jude Showcase Builder of the Year award at the 2026 Builders Summit in Memphis, TN.
“When we began these builds, we expected support from the people we normally work with,” said Ken Nelson, of Victory Homes. “What we didn’t expect was how the mission would bring people together—vendors and tradespeople we didn’t previously have a relationship with began reaching out ‘out of the woodwork,’ asking how they could help. We’re seeing that impact grow, and we’re seeing other builders catch the vision too.”
At Victory we believe this kind of support reflects more than craftsmanship—it reflects a shared commitment to hope you can measure and to giving families facing extraordinary hardship the support they need.
“We plan to keep building,” Ken added. “Our goal is to turn this into a year-after-year tradition—and we hope builders in other states will carry it forward with us.”
