This was a cool one. Sometimes, things fall apart so better things can fall into place. For months and months, we knew this house we were going to list was perfect for some buyers of ours with some niche needs. Unfortunately, the timing just didn’t work out. The buyers went under contract on a different home they ultimately wound up walking away from, and the sellers had a deal of their own fall apart at just about the same time. The buyers finally got into this house and immediately fell in love. The rest was history. Both sides kindled a rapport during the time the home was under contract. The sellers felt so good leaving their beloved home in the hands of these buyers, and the buyers felt so comfortable knowing they were getting such a beautiful and well cared property from people with the utmost integrity. We, as the agents, couldn’t have been happier to facilitate what felt like a kismet deal between two sets of world class clients.
