Midway 2023 personal post:
Thanks to many clients, friends, and referrals, I have closed on 41 transactions and have 10 in the works. I have 7 “coming very soons” so please reach out if you’d like to hear about those. How is the market? Transactions are down, but prices are “sticky” and are holding strong overall. These are not the days of selling a house in as-is condition with multiple cash offers over listing price- (well, sometimes it is, but not like it was) but there is always something going on. I would be excited to help you or someone you refer navigate this market. Please keep me in mind if there is a fit. Also, please note- in addition to residential home sales, I’m growing my investment sales and commercial property business. I’m selling a lot of rentals and investments. Awards day today. Number 1 in Germantown office in total transactions in 2022. Billy says it was 60+ transactions. Thank you to everyone who allowed me to help you buy and sell and learn. Please keep me in mind if you or someone you know woukd like some real estate services. We are off to a good start in 2023 with 7 transactions so far. Don’t forget- I’ll help you buy or sell a home, but I have a big investment property business (rentals and commercial property, VRBO, AirBb, etc.) as well.
