WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE DONE??

Back this last winter when the temperatures were in single digits, I went and checked on my client’s home that I had listed for sale (and already in contract) and this is what I saw when I walked in 😳. Luckily, I brought my renovation crews in, dealt with insurance, and still got the home closed for my client! And the new buyers were happy with the upgrades!
