has been one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had the privilege to be a part of. Over the 116 days, we were given a behind-the-scenes look at the people, departments, organizations, and systems that work tirelessly every single day to make Germantown such a special place to live, work, and raise a family.
From public safety and schools to city planning, parks, infrastructure, and local nonprofits, the program gave us a deeper appreciation for what it truly takes to build and sustain a great community. But more importantly, it introduced me to an incredible group of classmates whose passion, love, and dedication to this city was inspiring to witness. The friendships formed throughout this journey are ones I’ll carry with me for years to come. 🦚
I’m especially humbled and honored to have been selected by my classmates as the recipient of the Jim Roberts Leadership Award. Knowing the legacy that Jim Roberts left on this community, and receiving an award that bears his name, is something I will never forget. It means even more knowing it was voted on by a class of people I respect so deeply.
Grateful for the experience. Grateful for the friendships. And grateful to call Germantown home.
