I learned a lot about Mark T. Jobe, Jr. yesterday. Most recently his success story of he being named 2026 MBJ 40 under 40! While he won’t post or make it known, I believe in handing flowers and highlighting those accomplishments. It only took till the end of the night for me to learn of this accomplishment. 😅

In CCIM news we awarded our first scholarship of the year and holding our first full week core course CI 104! Congrats again Camila Rodriguez, MBA !! Looking forward to your continued success!

We’ll be hosting our next event April 9th, 2026. We’ll be at The Guest House at Graceland with Mayor Paul Young about our growth and trajectory for the near future. Excited for this opportunity.

Proud to stand in the halls of the Tennessee State Capitol last week alongside fellow REALTORS® from across our state.

As representatives of Tennessee REALTORS®, we met with legislators to advocate for policies that protect private property rights, support responsible development, and strengthen housing opportunities in communities from Memphis to Mountain City.

These conversations matter.

Our local Politicians and MAAR governmental affairs have been advocating for new growth in the Midsouth. Expanding the sewer services to allow new commercial development and affordable housing opportunities. This comes at a cost that will have to be configured and established prior to approval. When the sewers are “at capacity” there’s nowhere to go. This affects both residential and commercial properties.

Grateful to serve alongside such dedicated professionals who understand that real estate is more than transactions — it’s about communities, opportunity, and generational wealth.

Yesterday, Jan. 15th marked my official public appearance as the start of my Presidency of CCIM Memphis Metro Chapter. I’m super excited about 2026 and what’s to come. With passionate board members and always camera ready "RL" Morgan, MPA, CCIM and McCraw, CCIM I think we’re off to a great start. 🙂

We kicked off the year with our deal making breakfast. Stay tuned for these deal makers as we were over capacity but accommodated everyone and had a great breakfast. Tons of great on and off market opportunities were presented. We look forward to growing this series throughout the year. This wasn’t an event to just catch up and network, these were real deals being made.
