Tony Cai’s story is one that reflects exactly what makes the commercial real estate community so impactful: growth, mentorship, resilience, and giving back along the way.

After coming to the United States at 16 without speaking English, Tony built a career in commercial real estate through discipline, hard work, and a commitment to continuously learning and growing. Today, he specializes in landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales here in Memphis.

In recently earning his CCIM designation, Tony shared that real estate has given him the opportunity to “build a career, serve others, and grow both personally and professionally,” and that he hopes to help more brokers earn their own CCIM designation in the future. Tony also spoke about the mentors and relationships that helped shape his journey, something that continues to be at the heart of the Memphis CRE community.

Thanks everyone who came out last night to our event! Most importantly Thanks to our sponsor Glankler Brown, PLLC for making it possible! This was an amazing event co-hosted with the Memphis Bar Association !

I learned a lot about Mark T. Jobe, Jr. yesterday. Most recently his success story of he being named 2026 MBJ 40 under 40! While he won’t post or make it known, I believe in handing flowers and highlighting those accomplishments. It only took till the end of the night for me to learn of this accomplishment. 😅

In CCIM news we awarded our first scholarship of the year and holding our first full week core course CI 104! Congrats again Camila Rodriguez, MBA !! Looking forward to your continued success!

We’ll be hosting our next event April 9th, 2026. We’ll be at The Guest House at Graceland with Mayor Paul Young about our growth and trajectory for the near future. Excited for this opportunity.
