It only took us all day to get this done! Primed and 3 coats of paint on an old door! It’s a 7’ door. We can’t seem to find a replacement door.

Not finished yet! But we installed this today! New kitchen door to the patio. Had to remove the trim and make new. The other door was a bit shorter.

Just a little set back this week. The PVC line under ground had a cracked fitting. This was causing some draining issues on one side of the house. We found a buried well, an old, huge tree stump, and Lots of roots! Just had to dodge a few storm drains and the water line. But, it’s all back together and draining well now!

New entrance to the shed. We couldn’t pull the plug on tearing it down! Closing in the sliding door as they allowed dust, leaves, animals, insects and whatever else in! The sliding doors were not accessible as the new garage is there now. This gives us much more storage space for things we won’t ever need again!! Lol!! Trishia was a great helper today as always!

Today marks 1 year that we moved in to 805 Church Street! It has been a tough task starting out. But we feel like we’ve come a long way. Yes, there were days, maybe weeks that we asked ourselves why we did this!
It took a year to accomplish this! But! 90% of it we did ourselves! We did have help on the garage! Here are just a bunch of photos from 1 year ago till now!
