Please join Saxony Village Apartments for some Halloween fun on Saturday, October 30th between 10am-1pm. We will have table setup with Trick or Treat goodie bags to hand out (Touchless) in the Backyard of the Clubhouse. We will also have some snacks and beverages for all residents to enjoy. To gain access to the backyard, please use the gate access behind the clubhouse. We hope to see you there! Happy Halloween from Saxony Village!

Every year we thank our residents for being a part of our community by celebrating with a week full of games, fun and prizes!
During Resident Appreciation Week, all Saxony Village Residents will be automatically entered into a drawing for a chance to receive $200.00 and $100.00 off December’s rent! We will randomly select 2 lucky winners on Thursday, October 28th. Good luck to all our residents!! Thank you for making Saxony Village Apartments your home.

Do your pets like celebrate Halloween too? We would love to see your fuzzy friends all dressed up in their favorite costume! Post their photo in the comment section by October 26th and they’ll be entered in our 2nd Annual Pet Costume Contest. We will choose and announce 2 “fuzzy” winners on Wednesday, October 27th during Resident Appreciation Week!!

Goodie Bags in the Backyard Post (schedule to post on 10/30 at 7 am)

Join in a fun activity for kids on Halloween just down the road from Saxony Village!!!

We wanted to let you know about a fun event you can participate in later this month! J.K. Lee Black Belt Academy in Germantown will be hosting a Trick or Treat Obstacle Course on 10/31. All participants who complete the obstacle course will receive a bag filled with candy and coupons or flyers from local businesses.

We will be using a sign-up genius and will have groups of 18 kids at a time, starting every 30 minutes between 9AM-12PM, for 20 minutes of obstacle course fun. This will ensure we can safely host this event and not have a crowd of people all arrive at one time. Gloves will be required in order to participate in this event, and a mask will be required if the event is inside due to weather. We are excited to see your costumes and to celebrate Trick or Treat style with you! Please sign up no later than Monday, 10/26.
