Happy Presidents Day All!

I have several pre-qualified buyers looking for all sizes of farms and land! Of course, most of them are looking for equestrian properties but not all. I've exhausted the currently on market properties at this time so time to think outside the box. Please spread the word and share this post.

Here is the buyers' wish list:

10-15 acre farmette in York, Adams or Cumberland counties. Not afraid of a home that needs some updating. 1-3 horses. Might consider less acreage.

10-25 acres East Berlin or Dillsburg preferably with up-to-date home. 3-6 private horses.

3-20 Wooded acres near Wellsville Rossville Pinchot must perc. and be private and quiet. (No horses.)

30++ Acres zoned Ag Dauphin, Perry, Cumberland, Northern York, Northern Adams. No home necessary. Must perc. (No horses.)

50-100 acres zoned Ag Southern York County.
