Right now through the end of October: get pre approved and start touring seriously.

Late October: have an offer in, ideally accepted.

November: inspections, appraisal, financing, the paperwork stretch.

🎄Early to mid December: closing and moving in, if everything stays on track.

It’s tight, but it’s absolutely doable if you start now instead of after Thanksgiving.

This local coffee food truck has a little bit of everything! Coffee, matcha, chai, iced tea, hot chocolate, and more!

I had to try their Pumpkin Pie Cold Brew, which was one of their fall specials, and it was so good!

If you see Cramped Coffee Co. out and about, definitely go give them a try. I’ll definitely be back! 👏

🎮 Have you checked out Timeline Arcade yet?!

One of Gettysburg’s newest businesses is bringing some serious old school fun to town! 👾

They have tons of arcade games, a great selection of pinball machines, and plenty to keep you entertained. My personal favorites were Indiana Jones & The Avengers, but I also had a blast playing Skee Ball, NBA Jam, and Big Buck Hunter!

💰 And the best part? It’s only $10 for an hour of unlimited play or $25 for all-day play!

Definitely a fun spot to check out with friends, family, or even if you just want to relive some of those classic arcade games. 🎯
