Things I DON’T care about as your Realtor 👇

Your budget. $200K or $2M all of my clients get the same level of attention.

If your dad comes to the inspection. Bring him. Bring your whole family. Bring the group chat. 😂

What your Zestimate is. We’re going to use real market data to determine the right price for your home.

If you’re nervous. Totally normal. Buying or selling a home is a big deal, and I’m here to answer the questions, explain the process, and help you feel confident every step of the way.

And if you ghost me for 6 months? Life happens. No hard feelings. When you’re ready, I’ll be here.

At the end of the day, my job isn’t to judge your situation it’s to help you navigate it.

🌮 One of my go to spots in Gettysburg: Montezuma’s!

I’m a big fan of the chips & salsa, but highly recommend adding the queso.

For my meal, I almost always get the Cancun Burrito, and you HAVE to try it with a mix of chicken & steak 🔥

They have tons of options, everything comes out quickly, and it’s an easy spot to add to your Gettysburg food list.
