Another client that has just days to save his home before a tax sale!

Please don’t wait until the last minute if you’re in danger of losing your home to call us.

This home had some MAJOR issues!

But… we still were able to help this homeowner.

The septic wasn’t functioning.

There was major mold in the basement.

It needed literally everything.

“My husband passed and this house is just way too much for me to keep up with.”

This sweet lady was 80+ years old and was mowing her very large yard still.

She was doing everything she could to keep up with this property, but at her age it wasn’t safe for her to be doing as much as she was.

She called us at Proverbs Home Buyers to see if we could buy her house as is and that’s exactly what we did!

She was able to move back close to her family and didn’t even have to come back into town to sign papers.

We sent someone right to her house to handle all the closing paperwork.

Sometimes even when we aren’t able to buy a house, we can help out another friend or family member!

The gentleman who called me said he got my number from his sister.

The crazy part is, I never bought his sisters house.

I provided as much value to her as I possibly could, but at the end of the day I wasn’t the best fit for her, and that’s okay!

She was so pleased with the help I was able to provide her that when her brother inherited a home he didn’t want, she immediately passed along my info to him.

Roughly 3 weeks later I closed on the home and everyone walked away happy!

This couple inherited the house from their parents with good intentions of fixing it up. 🔨

However as is the case for many of us, life got in the way.

A couple years had passed and they hadn’t really had the time to take on such a large project.

All she knew was she had a life long dream of living in Las Vegas and now was the time to make it happen!

She didn’t want to take anything with her.

She didn’t want to fix up the house.
