Purchasing my first property. Between going through the home buying process and learning what it meant to be a landlord, I took away a lot of skills and information that led me to becoming a realtor.

Most people probably don't realize that a large part of what we do for clients is communicate with partners/vendors throughout the entire transaction. We arrange electricians/foundation repair/plumbing/HVAC/general contractors/ mold specialists/radon mitigation/ roofers/wells/septic, etc... to work through inspection repairs and at the request of clients. We have a great relationship with so many of these partners and work with them to get an estimate and schedule & complete the job within the time constraints of the contract. Our vendor partners are a very important part of our team!

My first year as a full time agent, I helped 35 people/families with their real estate goals and was among the top 20% of agents in our Market Center.
