In addition to her real estate career, Johnnie is a licensed North Carolina Home Inspector and a licensed Health & Sickness Insurance Producer, giving her clients a unique perspective and valuable knowledge throughout the buying and selling process.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you’ll likely find her enjoying the beach, restoring vintage furniture, or spending time with her beloved rescue pets, Jed, Jethro, and Lucille. She also enjoys staying active in her community and has previously shared her love of wellness by teaching yoga.

Johnnie and her husband, Mark, her high school sweetheart, were married on Sunset Beach, making it a place that will forever hold a special place in their hearts. She still owns the pink Jeep she drove in high school and proudly considers herself the biggest beach bum you’ll ever meet.
