This situation has been one of my favorites to witness! Ms. D came in and shared some of her story with me and said if it was meant for her, she’d have it. Then she did her part and she got it! She decided not to tell anyone she was finally buying a house until she had keys in her hand.

Ms. S came in completely separate with her daughter who was determined to see her mom own a home and spoke life and truth into her throughout the process and she took the leap of faith.

Ms. D called me weeks later and said “i think my best friend came by to see you as well.” I had no idea they knew each other! For the next several weeks I had to keep the secret.

Ms. D got her keys on Wednesday! Friday she came in and we schemed a little bit. I called Ms. S and asked her to swing by because I had something for her.

The look on her face when we walked into her best friends house and she heard “Hi NEIGHBOR!!!!” was ABSOLUTELY 👏🏼 PRICELESS.

I live 7 houses down from my best friend, and if anything can top owning your own home - it’s owning your own home steps away from your support system, your comfort people, your family. It’s having not only your own space but a space of your own while being able to seamlessly do life with those who matter to you.

I could not be more excited for these two to not only finally get what they deserve to have in homeownership, but to be just steps away from each other!

Behind every number is a person - a family, a story, a new beginning. In Q1 of this year, 30 families trusted me to guide them through the journey of homeownership: creating a space of their own and investing in their future. Each buyers story is different and I love getting to know who they are and what matters most.

Of those 30, 19 families are already living their new reality - and several more have taken the exciting first step in Q2.

None of this happens alone. So many teams play a role in making these moments possible, and I’m so grateful to be a part of it.

How I feel finishing out the first month of the year!

And what better way to end the month than watching the absolute bliss of childhood play out on my daughter’s face.

“Home” and its security is why I do what I do. Raina has the opportunity to walk 700 feet to my sisters house to see her TT and play in the snow with her cousins .. I’d do it again and again and again.

Surprise office visit 😍

In the life of Real Estate there are little to no days off, and in the life of new construction there are no weekends off.

I’ve been through a decent mix of career paths, but those who know me well will tell you that finding New Construction Sales was finding the perfect fit for me. Its demanding but its rewarding. Its structure, its expertise in every home to better help buyers, its incompassing of multiple home buying facets, its educating and teaching, its problem solving but most importantly its helping people. Work is definitely still hard work but more days than not it just feels like doing what I love - but working every saturday and sunday means i miss a lot.

So a Saturday daughter momentary pop up … treasured 💜 and it’s never to soon to plop her in the chair and start teaching her the ropes so that when she’s old enough our Tuesday/wednesday “weekends” align 😅

Not every contract appointment is quick—and that’s a good thing!
Today we spent 4.5 hours walking through every option, every detail, and every “what if” until these sweet buyer felt 100% sure of their decision.

We broke down what mattered most to them, strategically structured their path to homeownership, and moved funds around creatively to build the plan that fit their best picture.

And the moment when they get to place their sold sign in the yard… ? Always worth it.

My sincerest thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a wonderful day of collaboration and connection! I loved getting to see faces I haven’t seen in a while, faces I’ve seen around but never connected with, and meeting others that I haven’t had a chance to know until now!
