The kids often come with me when we do showings on the weekend, it gives us time to catch up about our week, and talk about important life lessons. Today I had the opportunity to teach her about 90’s rap - the best rap.

((For the record - she didn’t swear, she said “azz”. Even though I was willing to “look the other” way she refused.. She’s such a great kid!))

This was such a special transaction. Being an agent has allowed me a front row seat to watch dreams come true for some really incredible people. This was no exception! I got to help a dear friend buy her first home, a place she can plant roots and grow her life! I’m so excited for you, Bryce - what an amazing thing you’ve accomplished!!!

I'll be honest, I’ve been terrible about keeping up with social media lately. I’ve had several clients recently that I haven’t posted about and I need to do better!

That said, I’m incredibly excited for my buyers! They came into the market prepared, focused, and confident in what they wanted. They moved with purpose, trusted the process, and when the right home came along, they didn’t hesitate to go after it. Watching well-prepared buyers like these succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of this job, and I couldn’t be happier for them as they move one step closer to their new home!

What an honor it was to help my sellers with the sale of their home, thank you for your trust!! We successfully navigated quite a few challenges along the way to closing! It’s bittersweet to say goodbye to this long owned family home with a lifetime of memories, but it’s time for the new buyers to begin making their own! I’m so happy for everyone involved!

Our names are Drew and Elizabeth Tetrick and we are agents with Coldwell Banker Danforth. We wanted to give you all a few facts about us.

1. We are married and have two beautiful daughters, as well as an adorable black lab named Murphy.
2. We are huge Seahawks fans! Go Hawks!
3. Elizabeth was raised in Mill Creek and got her degree from WSU, Drew was raised in Port Orchard and got his degree from CWU.
4. We moved back to Kitsap County in 2007 and settled in Gig Harbor in 2011.
5. We love camping in our 5th wheel with our friends and family. Lake Chelan is one of our favorite places to visit.

Interesting numbers from - many forecasters are predicting a return to last years buying conditions (multiple offers, pre-inspections etc) in the next 60-90 days in certain areas. While the volume isn’t expected to be the same, buyers are beginning to return to the market as the idea that we won’t see 3% interest rates return anytime soon. There simply are not enough homes for interested buyers. Are you ready?

Repost from using repost_now_app - NAR released a summary of pending home sales data showing that January’s pending home sales pace increased 8.1% last month but fell 24.1% from a year ago.

From last month, all four regions showed inclines in contract signings. The West region had the largest gain of 10.1%, followed by the South with an increase of 8.3%. The Midwest rose 6.5%, followed by the South with an incline of 6.0%.

All four regions showed double-digit declines from a year ago. The West had the largest dip of 29.3%, followed by the South with a drop-in contract signings of 24.7%. The Midwest fell 21.1%, followed by the Northeast, with the smallest decline of 19.8%.
