This is Not another “just closed” post…think of this as more of a reflection post that I can share with you my future client.

Please know that VERY few transactions follow the exact plan imagined on Day One.

This condo is a perfect example.

✔️ We planned to list in the spring…
➡️ Life changed.

✔️ We received an early offer…
➡️ It wasn’t the right fit.

✔️ We had open houses, showings, and plenty of interest…
➡️ Then life shifted again, and we temporarily paused the listing.

✔️ We came back on the market…
➡️ Found the right buyer.

✔️ The plan was to replace the roof after closing using the seller’s proceeds…
➡️ The inspection changed that plan, so the roof had to be completed before closing instead.

Did everything go exactly as expected?

NOPE

But that’s real estate.

The goal isn’t a transaction without obstacles. The goal is having someone in your corner who can adapt, solve problems, communicate clearly, and keep everyone moving toward the finish line.

Today, my seller closed, the buyer got the home they wanted, and the roof is nearly wrapped up.

A few unexpected twists didn’t change the ending, it just had a slightly different route.

Congratulations to my seller who is on her way to her next chapter in another state and thank you for trusting me through every twist and turn. ❤️
