→ Spend at least a weekend here to get a true feel for neighborhoods & lifestyle (I offer relocation tours if you’d like me to show you around).
→ Follow local Facebook groups or Nextdoor for unfiltered insight into what it’s really like to live here.
→ Don’t just look at today’s neighborhood vibe. Ask your agent about development plans, zoning changes, or infrastructure projects that could impact value.
→ Even if you don’t have kids, schools affect resale value and future demand.
→ Visit (or at least research) what the area feels like in different seasons.

Gig Harbor in the warmer months just hits different. Longer days on the water, patios filling up with friends and pups, sunset walks along the harbor, boat traffic back in full swing, and that easy “what are we doing this weekend?” energy that somehow appears out of nowhere.
