Celebrating big wins for my clients this week! We’ve got a thing for views 😮‍💨

My first-time home buyers scored this incredible downtown home with views of Mount Rainier & the Sound. Plus, the walkability can’t be beat. So thrilled for them to move home soon! 😍

This downtown view lot grabbed everyone’s attention. Within hours, we received two strong offers and secured the buyer of my sellers’ dreams 🤩. Onward to feasibility!

Last but certainly not least, we locked in a solid offer for my sellers on their Rosedale lot with views of Henderson Bay. We’re already off to the races with feasibility on this one 💥

October has been anything but slow. This week, three of my buyer-clients are pending on their dream homes! 🍂

1. A stunning waterfront home in the coveted Cherry Lane neighborhood just steps from the saltwater. We were able to get our contingent offer accepted so keep your eyes peeled for a dialed in home that will hit the market next week! 👀

2. From the moment I saw this property, I wanted to sell it. Mostly, because Ray Nash Valley is one of my favorite areas of town. But also equally, because it’s a gorgeous estate that deserves to be loved & cherished by incredible people.

3. A cutie-craftsman in the North End of Tacoma that is just what we were after. The registered historic plaque made it all the more exciting!

Delighted for my clients, it’s such a joy to help them through the home buying journey. 🫶🏻

Now, onto lots of inspections, negotiations and next steps. Here we go! 🥳
