The Neighborhood spotlight is the Point Fosdick area which is one of my childhood stomping grounds. Did you know it was where people caught the ferry to cross over to Titlow Beach? They used the ferry til the new bridge was built after falling down in 1940.
I've added an article on Gig harbor's New Sports complex they have broken ground on & my favorite article; 11 Great Girl Trip destinations & lastly one of the most expensive homes on the market in the San Juan Island's priced at $58 Million. It's a totally gorgeous and a total wow property. Don't miss it! Also, The Gig Harbor Market Update saying were in a Buyer's market at 31% / 72 Homes listed & 120 Sold. Mortgage rates have come down in the last few days but Gov spending & inflation are still very high.
