🏥 Exciting progress is underway at the MultiCare Cancer Institute Gig Harbor Expansion.

The project team recently gathered for a wall-breaking ceremony to mark the start of construction. The golden sledgehammers made an appearance, and the smiles say it all. 😄

Once complete, the renovated space will bring medical, surgical, and radiation oncology services together in one location, helping create a more coordinated experience for patients and their families.

Rush Commercial Construction is proud to partner with MultiCare Health System and InSight Healthcare Architecture on a project that will support expanded access to cancer care in the South Sound. 👏

This National Safety Month, we’re highlighting the teams behind strong safety cultures across our jobsites. 🦺

This week, we’re recognizing the Rush Commercial Construction team at Ninebark Apartments, where crews reached 200 days without a lost-time injury. 👏

The team gathered for a safety lunch in early April to celebrate this achievement and the daily practices that help keep everyone safe on site.

Last month, Rush was proud to serve as the presenting sponsor of the Gig Harbor Great Strides Walk benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation | Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Washington Chapter.

More than 225 walkers came together to celebrate the event’s 30th anniversary and enjoy a beautiful day on the trail. Thanks to the support of participants, teams, sponsors, and volunteers, this year’s event raised nearly $65,000 to help advance the Foundation’s mission.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s walk a success, including the many friends, family members, and supporters who joined us on Team Jenny.

Rush Commercial Construction recently completed Fryar Flats Apartments, a six-story mixed-use community in downtown Sumner developed in partnership with Dobler Management Company and architect Casey + DeChant Architects.

The project features 128 apartment homes, street-level commercial space, underground parking, and a variety of amenities designed to support modern living in a walkable downtown setting.

Thanks to DMCI, Casey + DeChant Architects, and the entire project team for their collaboration in bringing this community to completion.
