I think helping people make some of the biggest ✨moves✨ of their lives is a pretty cool job.

But one of the coolest parts of this job is getting to build a career that feels like my own.

One that reflects my values and has given me so much room to grow. This job allows me to serve people, show up daily, and create a life I am excited to wake up to, ready to tackle everything that comes my way.

I’ve worked hard to build a business with strong relationships and trust, and I am still becoming the woman, business owner, and professional I know I can be. The work never stops.

Real estate has given me the opportunity to continue to challenge myself, and constantly push myself into the next phase of business and the next version of myself, more confident and more willing to trust the process than before.

If you’ve been hearing mixed messages about the real estate market, here’s the reality:

The Gig Harbor market isn’t crashing. It’s balancing.

Buyers have more choices than they’ve had in years, which means homes are taking a little longer to sell and buyers are being more selective. The days of putting a sign in the yard and getting 12 offers by Monday are mostly behind us.

The good news? Home values remain remarkably strong because people still want to live here. Gig Harbor continues to offer the lifestyle, community, schools, and waterfront charm that make it one of the most desirable places in the Puget Sound.
