Around here, the four-legged decision makers get a vote too. 🐾

Is there room for the dog?
Is the yard fenced?
Where are we putting the dog bed?
How close is the nearest trail?
And, perhaps most importantly, which window provides the best neighborhood surveillance?

These are the details that somehow never make it onto the MLS sheet, but absolutely matter when you’re choosing a home.

Because finding the right house isn’t really about bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage.

It’s about finding the place where your life fits.

And yes, I might remember your dog’s name before I remember yours. 😂

I hear agents say all the time, “I don’t want to be a tour guide.”

And I’m over here thinking… that’s actually one of my favorite parts. 😂

Driving around. Looking at houses. Talking through neighborhoods. Figuring out what you love, what you absolutely do NOT love, and watching the whole picture start to come together.

Sure, I’m here to negotiate, protect you, read the fine print, and get you to the closing table.

But the touring part?

That’s where I get to know you.
That’s where we laugh.
That’s where you start imagining your life somewhere new.
And sometimes, that’s the exact moment we walk into a house and just KNOW.
