Something new is coming to the Washington real estate market and consumers need to know about it —
Starting September 4th [tomorrow!], sellers will have another way to introduce their homes to the market: ‘First Look’ listings.
The short version? We can [legally] market your home for up to 21 days before it officially goes live, giving you and I some extra time to get the home, photography, marketing + launch strategy ready before the public days-on-market clock starts.
As someone who is very particular about how I present my listings, I’m excited about having another option 🙌🏼
Because most of the time the best strategy isn’t “get it on the market ASAP.”
Sometimes it’s taking the extra time to make sure the home is positioned well [timing], photographed, marketed and launched in a way that gives it the best possible first impression. And other times going straight to market is absolutely the right move. Every situation can differ…
There isn’t one right strategy for every seller — and that’s exactly why this is worth knowing about.
If you’re thinking about selling or buying, let’s talk through your options before you decide how and when to launch or watch — because this definitely does benefits buyers too!
I’d love to be in your corner for all things real estate 🏡
