I was going to do a “Top 5 Deals in Gig Harbor” post this week. Then I looked at the numbers on one listing and realized I didn’t need four more houses to make the point.

At $899,000, this home is priced about 13% below the area average per square foot. It’s one of only 6 homes built in 2020 or newer currently priced under $1M in Gig Harbor. And a nearly identical home just went pending $51K higher, just sayin’.

I don’t say “best deal in Gig Harbor” lightly, I usually save that phrase for my own grocery cart at Costco. But the data’s the data.

Huge congrats to Conner, who competed this month in the 2026 CrossFit Games Individual Online Semifinals!

This is a seriously tough field—about 135,000 men start in the CrossFit Open, only the top 25% move on to Quarterfinals, and just 2,000 worldwide make it to Semifinals.

Conner finished 158th in the world at the Semifinal level 👏 🤩

Pretty incredible to see that kind of hard work and consistency pay off on a global stage. We are super impressed!!!
