Over the past three years, I have personally flipped 20 houses, qualifying me for zero out-of-pocket purchases except for the initial project start-up funds, which are reimbursed upon completion. I have established a vast network of tradespeople and am excited to invite others interested in entering this field to join me on their first project, offering a 30/70 profit split in their favor. With financial support from partners, I can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Currently, I have two projects in Lakewood and Shoreline, expected to yield profits of $100k and $150k respectively, with a 30k initial deposit that will be refunded at closing. Each project operates under a dedicated LLC, which outlines ownership percentages and dissolves upon sale of the property. Additionally, if a property doesn't sell within the first four months, we can negotiate a buyout.
