Putting feelers out!!!! I have a couple sets of clients looking for homes to purchase….
One is looking in Mason Co or Seabeck but Belfair/Allyn area is desirable and prequal’d for 375k…mobile home ok, some acreage, and a separate garage is desirable.
My other clients are looking for a home in the Allyn/Lakeland Village area, something low maintenance…they are prequalified for low 500k but something nice in the upper 400k would work too. They do have a house to sell which will not be a problem. It’s a rambler style house on a little bit of acreage, very clean, and move in ready.
