Dena, Samone is a knowledgable and consumate professional
Dena was very attentive from the start. She was there for me thru the whole process from the search for the property to closing day. She was able to coordinate through the obstacles that came up with the buyers of my home. Their funder was not always above board and she worked diligently on keeping lines of communication open in spite of difficulties due to COVID. I will use her again when I sell my current home and search for my retirement living situation.

Another Great Review, Gosh I love my clients and seeing them through their Real Estate Needs and the happiness and joy is so humblinghumbeling
I didn’t think it was possible to sell my home due to a reverse mortgage.
Ms Baker said she believed it was possible and began the research. I know from my past experience that she must have spent hours on hold with HUD as they are a very difficult company to make contact with a live body. She kept me informed when there was progress and when there wasn’t. But once she ascertained that we could move forward with the sale, showed me her market research as to property value. Which was much higher than I anticipated. I listed my home with her. It sold the first week on the market and for listing price. And if that wasn’t enough she assisted me in getting other move out details done such as getting the septic tank pumped as required. I don’t think you can expect all that from every sales agent. But she was diligent and determined to get the very best deal for me from the moment I told her “ I don’t think I can” and she said “ yes we will “ and proved it.
