-- I run Realty ONE Group Turn Key. That means building systems, solving problems, elevating agents, and making sure this brokerage operates like

a real business. My days are split between coaching, strategy, crisis prevention, and holding the line on standards so my people can win. Are you a jerk?
--Depends who you ask. If someone cut corners or risked a client, they might think so. My agents would say the opposite. I’m direct, dark-humored, and allergic to nonsense, but I show up for my people every single time. What are you actually good at?

-- Absolutely. And if I’m not the best fit, I have exceptional agents who will take care of you just as fiercely. My job is to put you with the right person, not wedge myself into every situation. What do your clients say about you?

-- I run Darkwood Nights, an immersive LARP where adults unplug and create without the constant buzz of modern life. I also game (Fallout, FPS, VR) because slipping into other worlds is sometimes exactly what the brain needs. The rest of the time, I’m at my round house in the woods with my husband and pets, enjoying the kind of quiet that keeps everything else in perspective. How do people reach you?
