We had good communications via Zoom, phone, email, and text. He always responded quickly, even when out of the office. He successfully negotiated on our behalf with the bridgle loan lender, including multiple extensions. He handled a fairly complex and changing refinance situation for a quick close. This was the second loan we did with Cory and he was creative as he made our desired end result a reality. We would work with him, and recommend him to others.
