- posts that are helpful only to the person who posted it

- giveaways that require our fans to go to or "like" another fan page
- parts of posts that require our fans to reply to an email or direct message.
- political campaign info or initiatives
We typically REMOVE posts/comments that are:
- posts that bash or put down a restaurant, business, person, event, gathering, position, etc.
- posted more than once
- not specific to Beach Club Village
- commercial in nature (items/services/apt./homes for sale/rent)
- solicitations/contests to "like" businesses
- political candidate-related posts, political initiatives
- hateful
- profanity
