I’m honored and excited to share that I have been elected to serve on the 2027 Board of Directors for WeSERV.

One thing buyers often underestimate? Commute stress.

When people start their home search, they naturally focus on price point, layout, and square footage. But after living in a home for a while, commute patterns often become one of the biggest quality-of-life factors. That’s why I spend a lot of time talking through work locations, freeway access, travel routines, schools, and daily lifestyle before narrowing down communities.

Arizona summers definitely require an adjustment period. 😂

Every relocator eventually learns a few important things: park in the shade whenever possible, keep water with you at all times, and never underestimate how hot a steering wheel can get. But one thing many buyers end up loving about Arizona is how active the communities remain year-round. Early morning walks, community pools, gyms, golf, restaurants, and neighborhood events continue even during the summer months.
