📸 TIP TUESDAY: Your first 5 listing photos matter more than you think!

Buyers are scrolling fast, and those first few photos are your chance to make them stop, click, and keep looking.

Don’t automatically make the front exterior your first photo (unless required by your MLS) just because that’s what you’ve always done. Lead with the WOW factor! If the home has an incredible view, beautiful kitchen, waterfront, amazing outdoor space, or another standout feature, show it off.

Then, use the next few photos to tell the story of the property and give buyers a reason to keep scrolling. Think variety: exterior → living space → kitchen → primary suite → standout feature.
