When it comes to listing photos, bathrooms should feel clean, bright, and spa-like. The challenge? Most sellers don't realize how many everyday items can distract from the space. That's why bathroom prep is an important section on our Seller's Checklist.

Before photos, make sure your sellers:
✔️ Remove clutter from countertops
✔️ Put away visible soaps, sprays, and personal products
✔️ Remove bath mats
✔️ Hide used towels and laundry

And don't forget to:
✔️ Clean mirrors until they're streak-free
✔️ Wipe down countertops
✔️ Clean out showers and bathtubs
✔️ Close all toilet lids
