I took Makayla to the Players Era Volleyball Tournament in Las Vegas last weekend! Every time I leave these women I am reminded how thankful I am. These are my former UNLV teammates and life long friends. These women mean so much to me. These are the women that have seen me like no one else has. They have stood beside me through the highs, lows, the wins and losses. They have sweat with me, bled with me, cried with me and laughed with me. They have known me when I was single, came to support me at my wedding and watched me raise my children. While we don’t get to see each other all the time, when we are able to get together, we fall right back into place like no time has passed. These women feed my soul and I love them! These are my fellow warriors ❤️

One of my true passions in life is to help people feel seen and heard. I have dedicated at least 10 years to this amazing cause. We help families that have been and are currently affected by ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). “Tossin Away ALS” started with a small co****le tournament 12 years ago. We have grown into a huge community that raises money to give lasting memories to families that have ALS. I am so proud to be a part of this community and to be able to set up these local events and give families something to look forward to, a safe place to let go of all the stress and to just have fun. I love our community and I am so thankful for each and every person in it, our amazing team and volunteers! Another successful pool party in the books!

Between now and closing, lenders are re-checking everything. Small changes that feel harmless can delay or even derail a deal if you’re not careful.

Here’s what to avoid once you’re under contract:

• Don’t open new credit

No new cars, furniture, credit cards, or “buy now, pay later” plans. Even small balances can impact approval.

• Don’t change jobs or income structure

Switching jobs, going commission-only, or becoming self-employed mid-transaction can pause or kill financing.

• Don’t move large amounts of money

Big deposits or transfers raise questions lenders must document. Always ask before moving funds.
