Excited to share this one.

It started the way a lot of good stories do — a Google search and a conversation about a year ago. This family wasn’t in a rush, and neither was I.

We took our time, talking through what they needed and slowly building their search as they planned their move to Arizona.

Every client had different goals this month, and that’s what I love about this business. No two deals are ever the same.

First-time homebuyer:
We were looking for a home that checked all the boxes for their family. We found a beautifully updated block construction home with a pool, strong mechanicals, a solid roof, newer HVAC, and a prime location close to work. A great fit all around.

Sun Lakes seller:
This home is a great example of why it matters who you work with on the buy side. We purchased this property just six months ago, and in a market that really hasn’t moved much, we were able to turn around and sell it for the same price it was purchased for.

To make it even better, I secured an unrepresented buyer, which saved my seller the buyer-side compensation, and we brought it all the way to the finish line with no repairs.

Phoenix seller:
