Seriously, this one had my heart ❤️. Jacque gave me a 20 day listing. I knew I could do it IF she let me do my job… she, being a savvy real estate agent back in the day, did just that! We found the perfect buyers for this home. Two days before closing Jacque found out the assisted living center they had worked so hard to get into wouldn’t accept Bill, his care level was too high. She called me distraught, thinking she was going to be homeless. I jumped in to full ‘GO’ mode, made lots of calls and a miracle happened. We found the perfect care facility for the 2 of them, they would rush the VA benefits through and they could start moving their belongings in the next day!! We got them closed and situated into their new home. It was about a week later, Bill passed, just before Easter. I was heartbroken. I had come to love Jacque, Bill and Diana like they were family. What a blessing tho, they were able to sell this property, and have the last few days with Bill in it before he passed on. Jacque is now in Denver with her kids and grandkids and is super happy 😊. I miss her dearly tho. How lucky am I to have my path cross with such beautiful people and be a part of their lives, even if it is only for a short while. I am blessed 😇
